Building Services in Cramlington
We are based in Morpeth and Cramlington is a short drive south of us, so we are builders in Cramlington without much of a commute. Building services in Cramlington from us cover the same things as at home: extensions and garage conversions, renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, and commercial work for schools and businesses. Fully insured, with a 5 year guarantee, and the people doing the work have over 100 years in the trade between them.

The room your house already has
If your house has an attached garage, there is a room in it already. A garage becomes an office, or a bedroom with a shower room. A rear extension takes the kitchen out into the garden. A whole-house renovation puts a tired house right in one go, new layout included. Each of those has its own page: extensions, garage conversions and construction.
Schools and other commercial work
We have fitted secure fencing and gates at a school in Cramlington. A school checks a builder out before letting them near pupils, and the site has to be kept safe around them while the work is on. Elsewhere in the county, Ashington Learning Partnership had us turn an old caretaker’s house into their school library, and Newcastle Racecourse has had us back for a number of jobs. Commercial work has also taken us further out, to Sedgefield. The commercial pages cover the sectors: commercial builders, leisure, education, retail and healthcare.
How a job runs
The office rings you to talk through the job and book a visit. We come out to measure up and ask the awkward questions early. You get an itemised written quote, no pressure to sign. The interior designer on the team helps with tiles, flooring and paint before anything is ordered. Then a date is agreed and the team turns up on it. Our site team is Neil, James, Davey and Ben. 5.0 from 19 reviews on Yell and 5.0 from 7 on Google, and we ask every customer for one at sign-off.

Simon and his team were outstanding from start to finish. The clarity and detail of the quotes, the quality and timeliness of the work and the important communication throughout the process were exemplary.
